We turn your pitch
into a video that gets
watched to the end

Static deck sent to an inbox gets two minutes of attention, sometimes less. A video deck holds it long enough to do the work.

A video deck pitches when you can't.

It carries pacing, tone, and conviction into rooms you'll never walk into.
Below an example of the Investor Video Pitch with AI clone.

We built a process forvideo decks specifically.

Slides written for the page don't work on video. Each stage rebuilds them for the ear and the screen.
01
Discovery
We start with where the video will be watched and who'll watch it. A cold investor email isn't the same context as a partner meeting or a sales follow-up. The use case defines everything that follows: length, tone, who narrates.
02
Script
Spoken language works differently than written. We rewrite the deck for the ear: shorter sentences, fewer abstractions, transitions that land when read aloud. The script gets your approval before we go near a microphone.
03
Voice
Three options. You record the voiceover yourself, we coach the session, do multiple takes, and direct delivery to match the script. We bring in a professional voice actor matched to your audience. Or we clone your voice: you record a short sample once, and we generate the rest as realistic AI voiceover in your own voice.
04
Visual System
Slides built for printing don't move. We rebuild them: charts that animate as the numbers are spoken, type that arrives with the rhythm of the voiceover, transitions that don't compete with the story.
05
Production
e assemble everything: voiceover, motion, music, captions. The first cut goes through review rounds until the pacing is right. Nothing makes a video feel amateur faster than timing that's slightly off.
06
Delivery
You get the final video in the formats you need — 16:9 for email, vertical for social if relevant, with and without captions. We hand over editable files so updates later don't mean starting over.

Where a video deck
does the work

Video isn't a replacement for live pitching. It's what you send when the room isn't available, cold outreach to investors, async board updates, sales prospects in earlier stages of consideration, hiring candidates in other timezones.

This is the format that does the talking for you when calendars don't line up.

We stay involved
past delivery.

umbers change, teams shift, traction grows. We keep the project files modular so the video can be updated without rebuilding it. If you need different versions for different audiences, we'll cut those too. The goal is a video you actually use, not one that sits in a folder.

Pitch Deck Studios FAQ
your questions answered

How long should a video pitch deck be?

It depends on context. Cold investor outreach works best at 90 seconds to two minutes, that's the attention you'll get from an unsolicited email. A deeper video for a scheduled review can run four to six minutes. We don't pad runtime to seem more substantial.

Do you write the script or do I?

Either way. Most clients give us their current deck and a few calls of context, and we write the script. If you've drafted something, we'll edit it for the ear and bring it back for your approval before anyone records.

Can you create an AI clone of me for the video?

Yes. You record a short sample, voice only, or voice and photo, and we generate the video from the script. You approve the final output before anything ships, and the clone stays yours: we don't reuse it for other projects. It's the option most founders pick when they want to be in the video but can't commit to a full shoot, or when they know the deck will need updates later without booking another session.

Who does the voiceover?

Three options. You record it yourself, coached by us, founder narration usually carries more credibility than a hired actor reading the same words. We bring in a professional voice actor matched to your audience. Or we clone your voice from a short sample and generate the rest as realistic AI voiceover in your own voice.

What formats do you deliver?

MP4 in the aspect ratios you need (16:9 for email and screens, vertical for social if relevant), with and without captions. You also get the editable project files so your team can make updates later.

Can you update the video later if our numbers change?

Yes. Traction figures, team changes, new metrics, updates are straightforward because we keep the files modular. We do update rounds at a reduced rate.
